Movavi Photo Editor doesn’t have any extra features. The text element feature works with any font you have already installed on your computer. Adjust the size, color, and transparency of the text for cool effects, and you can also resize and move captions around on the image. But when it works, it does provide effective, quick improvements.Īdd personalized text onto the image to create title pages or watermarks.

We don’t think this tool improved all the images we tried – it seems to work only occasionally, and because you can’t test it out on a small area first it is not always easy to know if it will make a difference. Use Magic Enhance for a quick adjust of the entire picture to set parameters. Adjustments work on the entire image we would have liked to see the feature target smaller areas or individual elements of the image in order to give the opportunity for more precise editing. You can also carry out quick cropping with crop tools, rotate, flip, level, and resize.

The manual tweaks are simple - adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, and exposure of the shot. The program gives you the chance to manually adjust the image parameters and add filters to the photo like sepia, oil painting, pixelate, acid, and black and white. You can also put images from one photo onto another photo's background by roughly drawing on the object to be moved, then clipping it and inserting another background behind. Simply mark the object to get rid of, and click remove – voila, your photo is much improved. Movavi Photo Editor makes it very easy to remove the offending elements with just a few clicks. Sometimes a potentially great shot is ruined by someone walking past the camera at the wrong moment, or a cloud spoiling an otherwise perfect blue sky. Photo editingĬutting objects out of photos is useful. The program supports standard image formats but no RAW files can be used.

You can download a free trial version of the Photo Editor software if you want to give it a try – although there is a big caveat: you cannot save edited images with the trial version. Other than that PP12 is a huge improvement and the team deserve a congrats on their work. The Movavi focus is firmly on video - in fact, their tagline is "Video is easy", so photo editing seems to be a bit of an add-on.

  • Selecting Poser Manual from the menu doesn't seem to open it up.
  • Dynamic cloth doesn't like working under SF selection (haven't tested this cold from start up).
  • When rendering in SF and quitting after a quarter way the auto post work gives a very good quality finish.

The materials room is really slow to change things when using HDRI.(on Macintosh BigSur) PP12 takes a long time to quit.Only other downsides I've noted so far are So work around seems to be fit cloth under FF and then select SF before rendering rather than the other way around. Switching to FF before fitting the cloth doesn't come up with any strangeness - no idea why but it has worked on two files okay. There is, however, strangeness if the cloth is fitted while render settings are under SF. Final upload this time with a render in SF with 3 lights and dynamic outfit that looks normal.
